Another view of the 3.5's NA-2 port. There is an NA-1 port on the other side of the telescope which has an Echelle high-resolution spectrograph permanently mounted which is used regularly. The tertiary must be pointed at the NA-1 port for that instrument to be used, and the tertiary can only be moved when the telescope is at high altitude (>70 degrees). It takes two or three minutes for the tertiary to rotate the 180 degrees and re-settle.
